  • SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17 º C
  • TASTING NOTES: A dark, deep colour, the nose is strong and complex, with mature black fruit which also appears in the mouth. The cassis aftertaste is longlasting, and the wine also has a hint of tannin, which gives it a stronger flavour.
  • AGEING POTENTIAL: Favourable development in the bottle can be expected over the next 10 years.
  • SERVING WITH: This wine goes nicely with game dishes, meat stews, cured pork products, red meat and cured cheese.
